Winston recorded a solo episode answering a listener's question about how he manages depression without prescription medication. He has been dealing with depression since his teenage years. It might have something to do with all the concussions he's had but either way, he hated how he felt on anti-depressants. It was going from being immensely sad all the time to feeling nothing and having no sex drive which is depressing on its own.
